To attain the National Qualification of COMMERCIAL COOKING NC
III, the candidate must demonstrate competence in all the units of
competency listed in Section l. Successful candidates shall be
awarded a National Certificate signed by the TESDA Director General.

Competencies:

- Plan and prepare foods
- Plan and prepare quantity of foods
- Plan and cost catering services

Qualification:

- Graduates of formal, non-formal and informal including enterprise-based training programs.
- Experienced Workers (wage employed or self-employed)
