
Course Description:
A 40 hour course that covers competencies on the service of food and beverages and on cleaning state rooms. This includes styles of service, setting up food trolleys and serving food, serving wines and other beverages. It also includes making up beds, unpacking, folding and arranging guest clothes, replenishing room bars, and arranging reservations for restaurants and entertainment.
