Course Description:

An 80 hour (short) / 250 hour (long) course designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the trainees on the preparation, portioning, plating and decorating of pastries, cakes, petit fours, breads and other hot and cold dessert items.

- Four weeks theoretical lessons and actual preparation of bakery and pastry products; Two weeks In-house On-the-job Training (for 250 hour course)
- Ingredients, baking manual and recipes will be provided

Course Duration:

Monday to Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; 4 weeks lecture and lab works; 2 weeks in-house OJT; 2 days exam (250 hr)
Monday to Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (80 hr)
