To attain the National Qualification of COMMERCIAL COOKING NC
III, the candidate must demonstrate competence in all the units of
competency listed in Section l. Successful candidates shall be
awarded a National Certificate signed by the TESDA Director General.

  • Plan and prepare foods
  • Plan and prepare quantity of foods
  • Plan and cost catering services

  • Who are Qualified:

  • Graduates of formal, non-formal and informal including enterprise-based training programs.
  • Experienced Workers (wage employed or self-employed)
